Exhibitor Information

Steps To Reserve A Booth at The Ultimate Home Expo:
  1. View Ultimate Home Expo Exhibit Hall Floor Plan to select booth space.
  2. Contact Shawna Applegate at (435) 674-1400 ext. 107 or email shawna@suhba.com for current booth space availability.
  3. Complete Application for Exhibit Space
  4. Submit Application along with 50% minimum deposit to the Southern Utah Home Builders Association (SUHBA):
    • Fax Application: (435) 674-2866
    • Mail Application: SUHBA, 2303 N. Coral Canyon Blvd, Suite 200, Washington, UT, 84780
    • Scan & Email Application: shawna@suhba.com
  5. Upon acceptance of Application and deposit, SUHBA will send reservation confirmation to exhibitor
What Is Included With My Exhibitor Booth Space?
All Booths include:
• 3' Side Draping & 8' Back Draping
• Two exhibitor badges
• One waste basket
• One 6' draped table per 10' x 10' space
• Two Chairs per 10' x 10' space
• 20 Complimentary Ulimate Home Expo Tickets
• Company listing in Expo tabloid
• One Friday "Kick-Off Lunch" per 10'x10' booth; Two lunches included for larger   sized booths Kick-off lunch is catered by the Dixie Center
• Free seminar* for exhibitors on TBD - "Exhibiting for Profit" Presented by    Steve Carwell *RSVP required. Call (435) 674-1400 to RSVP.

Note: Booth prices do not include electricity, or any other equipment or service not mentioned above. Additional services such as electricity or water can be purchased directly from the Dixie Center. The Dixie Center will provide an exhibitor kit that will include all information pertaining to booth set up and ordering of additional items.

Saturday, September 12, 2009: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Move-in and Move-out Schedule

Exhibit Hall Move-in: Thursday, September 10 between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. And Friday, September 11 between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Exhibit Hall Move-out: Saturday, September 12 between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Special Notes:
Exhibition set-up is not allowed during exhibition hours. Exhibition take-down is not allowed until the end of the event on Saturday at 5:00 p.m.

Who Attends The Ultimate Home Expo?
The Ultimate Home Expo is attended by home builders, trade contractors, home owners, realtors and the general public.

The Southern Utah Building Industry Conference will be held in conjunction with the Ultimate Home Expo!
On Friday, September 11, 2009, building industry professionals attending the Southern Utah Building Industry Conference as well as members of the Southern Utah Home Builders Association will have a special lunch inside the Ultimate Home Expo Exhibit Hall.

Can I Present A Workshop?
Exhibitors interested in presenting a workshop (approximately thirty minutes) for their area of expertise may submit a request to the Southern Utah Home Builders Association.

Please submit workshop title and a description of presentation to SUHBA by sending an email to mari@suhba.com or fax information to 674-2866.

Upon review by SUHBA, exhibitors will be notified if workshop will be included in the Ultimate Home Expo schedule of events.
